This build would include a number of carbon fiber components to enhance the look and functionality of the car. Throughout the build process, they relied on other companies to produce the carbon fiber components for the project. What they learned is that these companies might produce functional carbon parts, but they didn't have the automotive experience necessary to produce carbon parts pertaining to the hot rod and custom car industry. After multiple failed attempts, it was decided that they must build these parts in house. It quickly became apparent there was a need for someone to create composites components for our industry. Someone who understands custom cars, and the people who build them. Ultimately, a decision was made to make a change in our industry: to provide composite parts on par with the ultra-high level of cars being designed and built in today’s world, along with offering cutting-edge processes and services. the vehicle in specific locations and add accessibility to service parts.  We wanted to remove the weight of the factory steel dash and provide a quickly removable dash to allow us access to components mounted under the dash.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe cut the factory dash out of our yellow C10 and shipped it to Fiber Forged.  Their team 3D scanned our factory dash and created a model in computer software.  Together we decided what we wanted the new dash to look like and what features it needed to have.  Once the design was finalized a large piece of high density foam was 5 axis milled to give us a buck.  From there a mold was built to create these composite dashes from.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese dashes are available in glass mat and exposed carbon fiber.  The carbon fiber parts will come clear coated in either matte or full gloss clear coat.  These dashed will come pre-fit but will need to be trimmed at the firewall under the
