This adapter bolts directly to the OE (Original Equipment) car transmission mount location with the supplied hardware and provides you with a more common GM transmission mount.  This is a universal mount and is not specific to any one crossmember, chassis, or pinion angle.  Solid 3/16" Steel construction and black coated finish provide long-lasting performance and good looks.
