Description:
Level 7 Motorsports has been building top tier C10 trucks for a long time. Over the years, designing a harness bar that fit within the truck and worked correctly was something that had to be built by hand. Offering them as a production part was difficult considering the labor time associated with bending, notching, and welding each kit. Now after a few years they have invested in scanning the interior of a very good cab and had their harness bar design put into software. Now these harness bar kits are CNC bent, CNC notched, and shipped to Level 7 in bulk.
Once the materials are in house, they are fit into a fixture and tig welded together. The door bars disconnect from the main hoop via bolt together tube clamps. This allows for easy installation and shipping.
Options for purchasing allow for your budget and skill level.
Available as a completely tig welded and powder coated package or as simple as a pallet of materials for you to weld and choose a finish.

Notes
**We have fit this harness bar into x4 different cabs here at the shop and all of the shoulder belt bolt holes are in different locations. Even within the same cab, the holes are at different heights and positions. This keeps us from feeling comforable enough to fully weld the upper support tabs in place. This is only an issue if you want your harness bar fully welded and powder coated. That being said, we can omit those support tabs to allow for a safe fit while still being completely welded and powder coated.
**When ordering the kit as raw materials, the door bars are notched to be used without the disconnect options. So, you will have to cut out a 1.625" section of the door bar for that disconnect part.

In this video, we walks through the engineering behind the design, why proper harness bar placement is critical for safety, and how this system was created to work with both performance driving and everyday street use. You'll also see the installation process and learn why we chose features like removable door bars, OEM three-point seat belt compatibility, CNC-manufactured components, and TIG-welded chromoly construction.
Whether you're building an autocross truck, pro-touring C10, or simply want a safer way to mount racing harnesses, this video explains the thought process behind every part of the design.
