When switching from power to manual brake or just upgrading your system, it may be necessary to move the location of your brake push rod to achieve the proper pedal ratio. That or you simply lost the factory shouldered bolt.  This bushing makes it possible to use the supplied 3/8" bolt to connect the pushrod to your pedal lever.
